This week’s guest is proud single mother of 3 and program manager at Stride Education.
She has been living in Australia for 27 years and have had her own personal challenges with love and life.
On her journey she discovered yoga and decided to go into counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, meditation and also found the time to write a book - The Courage to Be You.
In 2018 she was introduced to stride education and has worked with hundreds of students at various schools around Australia, empowering young people with tools to develop greater confidence, courage, and authenticity to navigate the changes, challenges, and uncertainties of everyday life.
