I looked at next week's nutritional info and my carbs are cut below half, how could this be accurate?? It's saying that I show on be on 55g of carbs…
It’s been 4 weeks and I can’t see muscle growth - do I give up?
Do I need to change my training split for the next phase?
My left quad seems to be more 'muscly' and has a significant muscle 'line' whereas my right doesn't seem to be showing the same progress. Should I drop back weights to try and focus on this leg doing its equal amount of work? I don't think I have any single leg quad exercises selected. I do machine leg extension and leg press which may be easy to favour a leg as well as squats and deadlifts and hammies.
