E40 - Shannon Dominquez - From Cult to Independence

My Guest this week is a 33 year old single mom of two daughters, ages 8 and 9 and who works for a business consulting firm called Building Beloved Communities where they focus on offering community centred solutions, supporting small businesses and nonprofits

She has already had a hell of a journey with it being 6 years since she has left the cult she was raised in and having to deal with mental health matters due to the fall out of her father suicide, generational traumas and overcoming habits & patterns that negatively affect her mental health.
