News From The Drug War Front Podcast.
Society & Culture
Aired 10:30am AEST 1.03.22
Supported by: Canberra Alliance for Harm Minimization and Advocacy and The Connection.
Recorded at: 2xx FM98.3 Community Radio.
The CAHMA Drop-in centre has re-opened its doors for people who want to drop in. We are still available via phone for consultations so, if possible, this is the best way to engage. For those dropping in there is a maximum of 4 people allowed at any one time so please be aware we may need to balance the amount of time people are spending onsite where possible.
We will discuss issues in the state of Victoria raised in the piece “The war on drugs doesn’t work: New bill shines light on old laws” by Jolwon Attwooll in News GP.
Another interesting piece is “What’s happened to Amsterdam’s coffee shops during Covid”.
Special thanks to 2xx FM98.3 Community Radio, a fantastic resource run entirely by volunteers which fosters support for the wider community, providing a platform to innumerable worthwhile causes, organisations and voices.
