Ep 147 ”Life is what you make it!!” Heidi Alldredge Shares Her Story Of Thinking About Suicide

When Heidi Alldredge was 16 years old, the police knocked on the door, just two days after Thanksgiving, to inform the family that her dad had just taken his own life. There are two decisions she felt she could make in that moment: Feel pain, misery and self-pity or feel hopeful, peaceful and encouraging. Up until that point Heidi was entertaining her own suicidal thoughts, but with the support of great friends, strong family, and understanding therapy she is here today to deliver this important message: Life is what you make it!!
