Process Driven Growth with John Schamahorn of Strongbuilt Plumbing, Air, and Solar

In today’s show, we are putting John Schamahorn in your passenger seat to discuss growing through process. John is a veteran of the trade working on both sides of the counter for over 30 years. He’s worked in sheet metal shops, installed, done HVAC service, sales, worked as a general manager, and most currently an owner of his own business. His gain in understanding of the value of process started with his time in the Air Force. Over the years he has learned that the value of having a system is to bring structure to what you do and how you do it.
