Is it better to stay under your calorie count but only have about half the protein suggested and carbs are pretty smack on, or go just over the calories (less than 100 calories over) to get a lot closer to my protein goal (about 3/4 of my protein goal, carbs only just over)?
I’ve seen old bodybuilders lifting weights and they use momentum to go heavier. Is it better to go lighter and focus on form, or go heavier and have a greater stimulus on your muscles?
