Born in NY & raised in South Salem, NY. Alan’s fitness journey began while playing Division 1 baseball at West Virginia University, after which a spinal injury forced him to turn down an offer from the Milwaukee Brewers. His road to recovery is where his passion for health and fitness was born. Alan has been working in the fitness industry for 9 years, and 4 years ago, launched FilauroFuel, his own company, which embodies group fitness, 1 on 1 personal training, online coaching & health consulting for private businesses in NYC. 

 

“I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body & letting go of all the fads we get caught up with”. 

Alan will help you identify your fitness goals & design an exercise program that fits.

 

He has a holistic approach to fitness and health that will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.. His philosophy is work hard, lift properly, and have a damn good time doing it with people you enjoy being around.
