Tailwind Group is a newer owner and operator within the PBSH space but has very organic and entrepreneurial roots dating back to the aftermath of 9/11. 2021 led to some significant growth with their foot print which allowed them to enter the coveted Top 25. Brandon shares his journey from switching gears as a financial advisor to taking on his first leasing position as a contractor to now leading a national student housing firm.
