It is difficult to empathize with the Saturday hopelessness that the followers of Jesus felt following the Friday crucifixion of Jesus.  Part of our problem is we are 2000 years removed from them and we know what happened.  In many ways knowing the story can de-sensitize us to power of the resurrection. 

Isn’t it curious how quickly we are devastated when our securities look as though they are crumbling.  Perspective of perception…from our
