AMERICAN CHRISTIAN
The Doctrine of Sin (Part 1, Ep 119)
Recorded 4.18.22
Dr David Nichols & Rev Pete Couper
We may define sin as follows: Sin is any failure to conform to the moral law of God in act, attitude, or nature. Sin is here defined in relation to God and his moral law. Sin includes not only individual acts such as stealing or lying or committing murder, but also attitudes that are contrary to the attitudes God requires of us. Sin attracts the wrath of God. However, there is Good News to avert His wrath. Dr Nichols explains the potential work of grace and it’s actuality in part one of The Doctrine of Sin.
