Can I do ‘maintenance’ training, and what would that look like?
Is carb cycling any benefit for Tone and Shape? If yes, what would be the % of carbs when having a higher carb day. Or should I concentrate on the timing of carbs on a daily basis with my workouts?
I’m thinking about doing my cert 4 in fitness, do you have any advice on where to start?
