I've been thinking about all the conversations I've had with clients and my community where they are either waiting for someone else to stand up or they are constantly questioning themselves as to whether they should be the ones.

So that's what I wanted to talk about today. What are you waiting for when it comes to your business, your industry, what you want to do?
