I detta första avsnitt berättar Åsa och Helene lite om vilka de är. Åsa avslöjar sitt levnadsmotto: ”Lev som om varje dag vore den sista”. Hon vägrar helt enkelt att dö på en tråkig dag och ger exempel på hur man ska lyckas med det. Till exempel genom att åka polisbil. Helene känner lite ångest över att livet rusar iväg och att hon kanske inte kommer att hinna med allt hon vill i livet innan hon dör.
