Have you already jumped full force into that new routine with your New Year resolutions? If so, we want to pose a different strategy than you might be used to when it comes to going after your resolutions. A cycle often occurs where we overindulge during the holidays and then hyper restrict and control once the new year rolls around. While this may pay off on some scale, the sustainability of it is abysmal. We challenge you to think deeper into understanding the subconscious lies you believe are true, honoring every part of you, and encountering a love like no other.
The point of a resolution isn’t to punish your body, so why not embrace a new strategy to really enjoy doing good things and setting goals?! Let’s start 2022 on a good note - loving every part of us, and celebrating with good nourishment, movement, and habits.
