How to get the support and mentoring you deserve as a new graduate practitioner – with Brian Kim.
My guest this week is new graduate physiotherapist Brian Kim. Brian gives us an update on his experiences as a newly graduated health practitioner, including how to seek mentoring and support, how to make your own opportunities and when to ask for help. Brian talks about building rapport with people and how your experience outside the clinic can help your clinical practice in ways you may not know.
It was interesting to summarise some of the advice given by the experienced clinicians who have been on the podcast so far and get the perspective of a new grad clinician – and a very thoughtful and reflective one at that! Enjoy, and please share with your colleagues and on social media, help me get these conversations out to people all around the world who need to hear them.
