Luo Brown was born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina he went to the army and transferred at the age of 20 years old growing up with no money. After he graduated he started to get into Real Estate and time after at 20 he got in 1976 his first deal. Also had many ups and down's like everybody in this business but never gave up and today his done more than a thousand properties have licenses in 50 states and over 800 offices. Next for him is to build his brand Certified Affordable Housing Provider to continue helping families live better.
