Episode 27-Steve Cederquist

Steve Cederquist was born and raised in Southern California. The Arcadia native spent his teen years working weekends and holidays with his dad in the custom cabinetry business before being indoctrinated full time into the family business after college. Since then, the sought-after contractor – who first rose to stardom working on many celebrity homes in the late 80’s to current and was on the hit HGTV show Flip or Flop for many episodes  – has become a savvy businessman who built his flourishing company from the ground up. His approach to remodeling is equally straightforward and refreshing. Rather than walk into a home with his own agenda, Steve prefers to connect with his clients on a personal level. Steve has owned and operated several construction companies over the years and has remodeled over 500 homes. He personally handpicks every project, whether it’s a multi-million-dollar mansion, a multi-family home or a run-down home in desperate need of some TLC. Now, with the launch of his new business “Steve Cederquist Designs”, he’s at the top of his game. With a hit TV show under his belt, a pilot in the works and his company being sought after by both celebrities and folks around the country – Steve remains one of the hardest working men in the business.
