In this weeks episode we go over why offer deadlines simply act as a guide to when the seller would like all their offers in by. There is no rule that they must adhere to this deadline. Sometimes an offer comes in ahead of an offer deadline that is too good to refuse and the seller chooses to accept it. This means waiting to submit your offer could leave you without the house. When working with clients we must decide whether putting a short deadline in helps us skirt an offer deadline. Making a great offer with little time for the seller to decide may be a way to get your offer accepted early.
