Mike and I discuss the spectrum of the high carb athlete vs. the low carb or keto athlete [which are not the same thing], and some of his coaching philosophies and strategies when working with clients to determine their own optimal diet. We also unpack a bit behind the psychology of eating and how athletes climb the ladder of dietary health.
