Being someone that has struggled with my weight my entire life, once found myself weighing over 500 pounds, lost over 350 pounds, struggled with loose skin, been diagnosed with an eating disorder, and regaining weight, my hope is that we can all step into our own power with these daily reminders that I find motivating and inspiring.
