For fire år siden møtte jeg en mann utenom det vanlige.
Jeg var trainee i Norges Bondelag, og møtte han på årsmøtet deres.
Han var musiker og drev Østre Pavestad gård med blant annet utgående ullgris og urkorn. I tillegg hadde han utrolig spennende tanker rundt mat, landbruk, historie, religion, spiritualitet og etikk.
Vi ble sittende ved siden av hverandre under middagen, og jeg satt i flere timer med store øyne og sugde til meg alt han sa. Det var første gang jeg møtte noen som så på verden på samme måte som meg når det gjaldt mat og landbruk.
Jeg har ikke klart å slutte å tenke på Petter siden samtalen vår, og spesielt ikke etter jeg starta med podcasten Bak maten. Han hadde så mange spennende tanker og perspektiver som måtte ut til flere.
Endelig kan jeg dele tankene til Petter med deg, det har jeg gleda meg til i flere år
