I just wrapped up a successful group program launch for my upcoming mastermind, Show Up and Lead — and this episode is all about how I prepared my mind and my business months in advance.

A group program launch is not only about the business aspect — program details, cost, format, etc. — or about the client priorities — the client experience, the onboarding process, etc.
