Charles Michel, az uniós tagállamok vezetőit tömörítő Európai Tanács elnöke csütörtök este bejelentette, hogy a kormányfők brüsszeli találkozójukon megállapodtak Ukrajna és Moldova tagjelölt státuszának megadásáról. A lépést kommentálva Emmanuel Macron francia elnök elismerte, politikai döntés született.

Hogy ez mit jelent Ukrajna és az Európai Unió szempontjából, arról  Arató Lászlóval, a Szabad Európa brüsszeli tudosítójával beszélgetünk.
