Take time to notice your breath and how it feels. Your breath is your source of life to move forward, acknowledge and appreciate. We often forget how we got here on the first place. We take things for granted without acknowledging what our ancestors didn't have. Light switches, cars, technology. If we lost all of it than what we are left with is life itself. The purpose of your breath and that it can continue on to allow you to move forward and to do things you want to do. Take this episode to appreciate and be grateful for what you have and how far can you allow your breath to take you.
