A missed body of knowledge - the case for Mātauranga Māori in business

In this episode of Stirring the Pot, we're talking with our General Manager Comms 4.0, Kim Nugent and CEO, Troy Coyle.

Their discussion focuses on the work HERA has recently been undertaking to create a program centred around Mātauranga Māori to assist members and industry to be genuine cultural partners.

An early challenge has been around helping key stakeholders to understand why this project is something the heavy engineering industry should care about, and why it would be in the remit of HERA to do.

This podcast creates a meaningful dialogue on the exciting opportunities this project present to industry, and also why from a research association it is very much in HERA's scope to drive.
