Welcome to Everyday Happiness where we create lasting happiness, in about 2 minutes a day, through my signature method of Intentional Margins® (creating harmony between your to-dos and your priorities), happiness science, and musings about life.
I'm your host Katie Jefcoat and in the morning, I try to practice a gratitude frenzy. It's a flurry of gratitude that I try to fill myself with when I first open my eyes.
It goes like this:
Then I get out of bed and let the frenzy begin.
I walk downstairs and
It is really simple and really basic. It’s literally just starting with a frenzy of good vibes. And, it kinda feels good. It’s not taking things for granted.
