I'm your host Katie Jefcoat and the number one predictor of happiness is gratitude. Here is one simple way to get that gratitude practice into your routine every single day.
Authur Brooks, a Harvard professor on this subject says you will get 10-25% happier over 10 weeks, according to the science he’s researched, because you will REMEMBER the things that are really important to you. And heck, it can be that the trees are green. Just do something.
