Today, I am going to discuss four main fears that prevent you from embracing change and then give you the antidote so you can succeed. 

 

My heart’s desire is to see people thriving and living in the fullness of God. I have been mentoring women for decades and seeing their lives transformed by discovering who and whose they are. Fear is a bully, and for so many years it bossed me around. Once I recognized the root causes, I was able to move forward despite being fearful. Here are some thoughts about fear:

1. Any time you are growing or pursuing your goals and dreams, fear will show up.
2. With any type of success, there are risks involved, and fear will try to shut you down. 
3. There is a difference between danger and fear. Danger is real…fear is a story we tell ourselves. 

Four Fears That Keep You From Achieving Your Dreams:

1. Fear of the unknown.
2. Fear of man
3. Fear of failure.
4. Fear of success.

Answer: Believe God’s Perfect love for you. God is love. (1 John 4:8)

“Love never brings fear, for fear is always related to punishment. But love’s perfection drives the fear of punishment far from our hearts. Whoever walks constantly afraid of punishment  has not reached love’s perfection.” 1 John 4:18 TPT

 

Focus on how much God is FOR you, leading you, helping you, with you. He will give you the courage to boldly move forward.

He is for you, so who can be against you—except yourself. Stop self-sabotaging! It’s time to start living boldly, with confidence that God is working in, through and for you!
