Well, it's taken a little while but our very own Jess has her first industry interview on wax for the One Nation Under Whisky Padcost!

 

Joining Jess is Richard Mckeand, Area Sales Manager (UK South) for Sweden's Mackmyra Distillery. Mackmyra is perhaps the world's first distillery to create a completely vertical/gravity fed malt whisky distillery. We get to learn about that distillery as well as their maturation practices, how they smoke their malt, and so much more...
