Hi I have been a businessman for most of my life, my world changed 20 years ago when I received the news I had an incurable autoimmune condition called Multiple Sclerosis. 

My life spiraled out of control, I became anxious, fell into depression and 6 years after diagnosis I made a serious but incomplete attempt to end my life. That’s where things changed slowly at first but I have now taken control, slowed the supertanker that is a chronic health condition and gone from wheelchair to walking. My aim is to encourage you to look at the choices you are making, will that choice benefit your health and wellbeing?
