On February 14, 2022 the federal government invoked the Emergencies Act to deal with the freedom convoy truckers on the steps of Parliament Hill. Christine van Geyn, from the Canadian Constitution Foundation, explains why many see this historic invocation as unconstitutional and illegal. Leon also hears how Canadians can submit a public statement to The Rouleau Commission in the coming weeks.
