Seducing your Palate with Franco Noriega – Seduciendo tu paladar con Franco Noriega

This story is simple: I was in New York for few days but I want to meet and catch-up with my beloved friend Franco Noriega @franconorhal. 

Franco, is a former pro swimmer, a successful fashion model and creative director who became nowadays in a world-class chef, entrepreneur and founder of @babybrasa. 

While remembering our many experiences together, we also discuss our path in a city like no other: the Big Apple! 

Because change is inevitable, Franco and his business partner (and also my friend) Milan Kelez @milankelez became with the bold idea to invite some of the world's greatest artists in the graffiti and street art to work on some building façades at Allen Street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, so people can start walk around the zone while they were opening the first Baby Brasa. 

Everytime I get together with Franco I have so much fun and laugh, and this time was no exception.

My takeaway: Always embrace the change and with hardwork, dedication and passion, there's nothing you can't do, even in New York that “Concrete jungle where dreams are made of”.

Esta historia es simple: Estaba en Nueva York por pocos días y con muchas ganas de juntarme y ponerme al día con mi querido amigo Franco Noriega - @franconorhal. 

Franco es un ex nadador que representó a su país internacionalmente, un modelo muy exitoso y director creativo que decidió hacer la transición para convertirse hoy en día en un chef de clase mundial, empresario y fundador de @babybrasa. 

Mientras recordábamos nuestras muchísimas experiencias juntos, discutimos también nuestros caminos en una ciudad como ninguna otra: La Gran Manzana! 

Entendiendo que el cambio es inevitable, Franco y su socio (y también mi amigo) Milan Kelez - @milankelez, tuvieron la brillante pero atrevida idea de invitar a algunos de los más importantes artistas dentro del mundo del graffiti y el arte callejero, a intervenir las fachad
