9-15 October is Baby Loss Awareness Week.

1 in 4 people in the UK experience pregnancy or baby loss and this week is aimed at raising awareness about the key issues affecting those families.

My guest this episode is Jess Mahun and she shares her experiences of miscarriage and still birth, the things that got her through and where other people affected by baby loss can go to for help.

It's a difficult thing to talk about but these experiences need to be heard and we need to be ok talking about them and supporting each other.
