Featured in TIR Episode 263 (Part 1 of 2): Dutch saxophonist, singer and composer Candy Dulfer -- well known for her long association with Prince as well as her own distinguished work as a solo artist. 

First seen with Prince in his 1989 “Partyman” video, she played on Graffiti Bridge, The Love Symbol Album, Musicology and 3121, and also toured with him extensively. The daughter of jazz saxman Hans Dulfer, Candy is a dynamic live performer who since 1990 has released 12 studio albums and worked with dozens of name acts, including Dave Stewart, Maceo Parker, the Time, Mavis Staples, Aretha, Pink Floyd, Blondie and Sheila E. 

Especially exciting is that she has a brand new album; it’s called We Never Stop and includes a collaboration with Nile Rodgers.
