Body dysmorphia is the dirty little secret of the fitness world. So many of us struggle with it and almost no one talks about it. I struggled with it for years and it wasn’t until only recently that I’ve been able to begin to escape it’s grasp. I’ll share my story in the hopes that it may help someone else.
