In this episode, I (Melanie) talk about how I'm still able to meditate at waking and moving points throughout my day, and if that wasn't enough already, how I'm healing outdated programming that isn't working for me anymore. I've used this technique of awareness to heal my relationship with anger and rage, shame and guilt, causing me to be self destructive and harmful. And, I've also used it to create success in my business - woo hoo!
