“Hey guys. Long time listener here in Wellington, NZ since 2016. Have easily listened to hundreds of these pods + Wellness Guys until it finished up too. Appreciate you guys a lot and love the work you do!

Anyway, you’re always asking for questions and I have one. I’m now a first-time dad-to-be, so I thought I’d ask how living a one hundred not out lifestyle shapes you as a parent. What have you learnt, what did you wish you knew earlier, and what would you do differently?
