When overthinking kicks in, we tend to let our mind focus on the negative thoughts, which in the long run, can lead us into a depressive or anxious state of mind.
In this episode of Sero Boost: The Happiness Science Insights Podcast, Lison Mage will join host Lu Ngo. Lison is an author, corporate facilitator, and performance and mindset coach. She works primarily with technology companies to elevate engagement and performance by providing their leaders and teams with practical and science-based protocols and tools, to foster a growth mindset and enhance their decision-making processes. After a massive career change, Lison found her vocation in empowering people to use their full potential.
