We talk to Chris Scerri about auction numbers, bidder numbers, clearance rates, withdrawal rates and all things relating to the Sydney auction market. We talk to Thomas McGlynn, is there some steadying of the market…some stability being shown around property prices and is that leading to better  clearance rates? We talk to HIA economist Tom Devitt about the one million homes hoped to be built which is already getting a downgrade potentially and the RBA and Government seem to be at loggerheads. There is a new forecast by the Housing Industry Association that we discuss suggesting the RBA and Government have some friction.
