In this episode, Karp returns to his childhood neighborhood of Ville-Émard to speak with one of the co-owners of Cinqàsept. The beer store was born when Lambert and his business partner Simon wanted to create an attractive space that offered everything for an apéro party (called 5 à 7 in Quebec). In this interview, Lambert talks about the difficult revitalization of Monk Boulevard and how the store got their unmissable patio.
