The Center for Creative Leadership has used and studied art as a critical component of leadership development for decades; Ren Washington and Laura Gibson of the Center join us to explore the many ways art and leadership interconnect.

Ren Washington is a Leadership Solutions Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership. Laura Gibson is the Art Curator at the Center for Creative Leadership, having taken over the program in 2005. In her role, Laura secures artists for rotating exhibits and receptions open to the public, as well as managing CCL’s permanent art collection. She is passionate about the impact the art has on staff, participants, and the community.
