Interpersonal relationships are one of the most profound, vital experiences in a souls life. They range from close and intimate to distant and challenging. No matter the nature of relationships, different types of relationships help make up the social support network that is pivotal for both your physical and mental wellbeing.

I am a psychologist resident in the US. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am passionate about working with trauma, chronic illness, relational issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, and anxiety disorders. I practice Emotionally-Focused Therapy, which focuses on attachment and interpersonal needs. I also have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy. I have worked in multiple clinical settings, including rural schools, medical clinics, community mental health services, university counseling centers, and inpatient services with clients across the lifespan. I completed my doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at George Fox University
