On today's show Ian Burns discusses all manner of things, including world class education, raising healthy kids, writing books and musicals, handling the loss of freedoms, and handling stress.
GUEST OVERVIEW: Ian Burn's had a long life in the public sphere, as a teacher, educational leader, project developer, and writer. Professionally, he wrote two Country Papers on behalf of Australia for UNESCO conferences, and produced a number of commercials for Victorian TAFE colleges. He's written numerous sketches and co-wrote a couple of revues for the amateur stage. His fiction writing totals 18 titles. Major projects he's now developing or that are under way are a musical about Beethoven, for the live stage, and another on online virtual worlds. He is the recipient of a Community Australia Day Award, and basks in the pleasure of family and friends.
