About the Guest:

Elaine Blais is a personal life coach, midlife troublemaker, author, and spiritual practitioner with a passion for helping midlife women live into their dreams. Using her life experience as the catalyst, she uses a powerful combination of spiritual principles and practical tools to create away paved with self-acceptance and love for women ready to step into true authenticity and express themselves as boldly as they choose.

A recovering people-pleaser, Elaine spent decades peeling away shame and self-abandonment that held her back from following her dreams and her heart. Today, she is joyfully living a mobile lifestyle working from the road traveling the country with her labradoodle, Gracie.

Elaine graduated from University of RI (at age 57) with a BA in Communications and minor in gender/women’s studies. She then went on to receive her coaching certification with The Life Coach School and is also a graduate of Martha Beck Institute.
