Sometimes we don't realize we are doing anything wrong. It is all about Learning through the process of doing and making tweaks and changes along the way. For me these were the 8 main reasons why I struggled to build muscle and as I made the small tweaks and changes and stayed consistent to trust the process, that is when I started seeing the results I desired and know you can too!
