Rule Addiction

Coach Seth and Mia sit down to discuss Five Star Life's newest video curriculum series RULE. In this series, Coach Seth is teaching students how to take dominion or control over different aspects of their lives. Research shows that most people on the planet are ruled by addiction rather than ruling addiction. These addictions, as long as they are in control hold us back from living life on our terms and truly living our five star life. In order to start ruling their addictions, Seth advises listeners to make a pre-choice choice.
