Van sommige vo-scholen gaan veel meer leerlingen naar een lerarenopleiding dan van andere blijkt uit onderzoek. Dat is opmerkelijk? Zijn de docenten op de scholen die veel doorstroom naar de lerarenopleiding hebben meer ambassadeur van hun vak dan op die andere scholen? Gaat dat dan intuïtief of bewust? Arend Jan en Peter gaan hierover in gesprek met twee docenten van het Haagse Lyceum De Populier: Oud-leraar Bart Verbaan en zijn oud-leerling en collega Jeroen van den Ende. Karin Baarda van het Expertisepunt LOB geeft een reactie op dit gesprek.
