The Power of Connection

At any moment, you are either in the state of connection or disconnection. Physical reality is dense and involves a feeling of individuality and separation. This is the illusion. In reality, you are fully connected to your inner self, Source itself and everyone and everything in your reality. But it never really feels that way. However, when you are feeling good, you are more in the state of connection. When you are feeling bad, you are perceiving disconnection. Think about arguments. When in an argument, all you really want to do is disconnect from the other person. This is an urge, based in fear. In love, you seek more connection. This is who you truly are.
