The essence of what we need to do as black women to stand tall, grow, do epic shit and create our epic lives is finding true intimacy with ourselves. But too often, we don’t know ourselves enough to understand how we need to love ourselves. Instead, we understand ourselves to punish ourselves. It is time to change this dynamic.
